BLS for healthcare providers is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of hospital settings.BLS for prehospital providers is for emergency care professionals including emergency medical technicians (EMTs), police officers, fire fighters, flight nurses, paramedics and advanced EMTs (AEMTs). This course is recommended for those who have previously received training in BLS and CPR.
